We awoke in Death Valley to 90 degree temps and a fierce dust storm which started in the middle of the night. Everything in the van is now dusty. |
Back towards the valle, we headed west for Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks... |
...but it was again, not to be. A huge snowstorm was closing all of the passes across the Sierras. |
So we headed to Mammoth Lakes to wait it out, where we played in the snow, explored the local microbrews, and watched the Sox take game 5. Could be worse. |
